I understand that Resuvision does not control the use of the Video by third parties and that it may be shared or reposted on other websites or social media platforms without my knowledge or consent.
I hereby grant Resuvision the right to store, host, and provide access to the Video via the URL provided by Resuvision. I acknowledge and agree that Resuvision is not responsible for any unauthorized use or distribution of the Video by third parties, and that I am solely responsible for any risks associated with sharing the Video on the Resuvision platform.
I understand that the Video may contain personal information, such as my name, likeness, voice, and performance, which may be subject to legal protection. By sharing the Video on the Resuvision platform, I represent and warrant that I have the necessary rights, consents, and permissions to use and share the personal information contained in the Video, and that the Video does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Resuvision, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the Video by third parties.
